Sr. Network Sales Engineer
I'm seeking a Sr. Network Sales Engineer for a full-time, Remote position with a stable and growing company in the IT Service Management space. This is a position for a hands on Network Engineer who has moved into the solutions design and pre-sales side of the business. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- Expert level knowledge in routing, switching, L2/L3 network services, internet and LAN design
- Work with sales teams to design and develop winning solutions
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements for network hardware, software
- Networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP/IP. DNS. DHCP)
- Transport design involving MPLS, Carrier Ethernet, or SR
- Transport network security protocols knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Up to 15% travel
