Duties and Responsibilities
Work as a key member of a drainage design team under the direction of a Project Engineer/Project Manager. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Research and evaluation of data
- Conduct field reviews and other assessments
- Perform detailed engineering calculations
- Assist with the creation and submission of technical reports, presentations and exhibits
- Assist with the preparation of detailed construction drawings
- Prepare construction cost estimates/quantity takeoffs
Required Skills

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet project deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior exposure to [or] Proficient in AutoDesk Civil3D and Microsoft Office applications
Required Experience
- 0-3+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- BS in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months
