Construction Cost Estimator- Real Estate Development
Leading Real Estate Development firm is looking for a Construction Cost Estimator with at least 5+ years of proposal, bid-work, estimating and management of Commercial and Multi-Family projects. Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings and specs
- Solicit quotes and complete estimate
- Determine time frame of project
- Review estimated projects alongside Project Managers, and Superintendents to complete bid
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Commercial Construction estimating
- High dollar project estimation experience ($5M+)
- Ability to read and navigate plans and specifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailed orientated
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office Programs, takeoffs
