Architect-Project Manager (Center City Philadelphia)
We are looking for a creative Architectural Project Manager to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Can take a project from start to finish.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Someone who has a creative mind.
- Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments.
- Interior Project experience a big plus.
- Review production drawings and specifications
- Shop Drawings review & process.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-hospitality, food/beverage, and commercial.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Team player with good communication skills.
