Job Details:
My client is a well regarded Fortune 100 company that specializes in energy management, building automation and HVAC. They are seeking a Boiler Sales Account Executive.
The Boiler Account Manager will be to expected select, specify, and price up boiler systems for engineers, owners and contractors. Candidate must have the expertise to walk into existing boiler rooms and understand piping layouts. Candidate will work closely with existing indirect and direct sales team to develop a solution and strategy for plan and spec and owner direct jobs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Skills
- Responsible for sales and marketing activities, in order to drive boiler sales with existing and new clients.
- Develop a value proposition for different boiler solutions and building types
- Qualify opportunities and clarify the scope of the solutions
- Develop comprehensive proposals, which include technical, financial, and cost saving details of varied boiler solutions.
- Proposal presentation and project negotiation
- Assists operations with project close out and turnover as required
- Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively covers assigned territory
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a high performing team environment
- Experience selling at all selling levels
Tactical Skills:
- Identify client needs; review mechanical drawings to determine level of opportunity
- Develop a strong customer base with engineers, contractors and owners
