- Responsible for overall productivity for all work in your area.
- Work with service coordinators to ensure timely scheduling/execution of each job.
- Ensure profitability of Service Contracts
- Ensure profitability of Quoted and T&M work
- Perform part/material procurement for all work in your area.
- Review open calls to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure PMs are completed timely and in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Develop a relationship with customers within his/her assigned region or territory through.
- Consistent contact via email, telephone, etc.
- Personal visits as required
- Manage customers
- Have a complete understanding of each customer’s maintenance contract.
- Ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the maintenance contract as sold.
- Price all work requests in your area.
- Support the Account Managers as needed for your clients.
- Oversee all daily functions of Field Foreman and Technicians.
- Monitor technician skill levels and provide necessary training.
- Perform technical support to your field technicians as needed including weekends and nights.
- Perform field safety and quality site visits.
- Ensure the technicians are compliant with all company policies and procedures.
