My client is a well established General Construction firm who is actively seeking a Project Coordinator.

- Familiarity and or proficiency with AIA Software, Sage 300, and Procore.

- Organized, task oriented and follows through.

- Competent and confident presence.
- Service oriented.
- Must love dogs
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Provide administrative skills for overall project documentation to the Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents under the direction of the Vice President of Operations. Work with the Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure that project goals are achieved to include schedules, client satisfaction, quality and safety. Qualifications, skills, and experience include, but are not limited to the following.
- Bid Process
- Estimating
- Construction Contract Document knowledge
- Submittal Process/Shop Drawing process knowledge
- Close Out/ As Built Drawing Documentation
- Inspection, Certificate of Occupancy requirements
- Produce weekly status reports and maintain records
