Senior Corporate Accountant
My client is an extremely stable and profitable company that is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Accountant. In this role. the Senior Corporate Accountant will report to the Controller and oversee the financial statements and reports and provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights to management for making informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepares financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections to help management in making decisions and developing strategic plans.
- Coordinate audit activities with external auditors, and work with internal auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Report to the Controller providing regular updates on financial performance.
