Tax Planning and Compliance Manager
Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Role:
As a Tax Planning and Compliance Manager, You will play a key role in planning and implementing the organization's global tax strategy, collaborating with other members of the Tax team as well as colleagues throughout the company. This would include supporting business partners and organizations' leaders to develop tax plans and strategies, partner with legal counsel to execute complex transactions, work with M&A to integrate any acquisitions, research technical tax issues and law changes, etc. This position is a growth opportunity for the individual with opportunity to move up internally within the department as well as into the business!!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Master's in Tax or MBA is highly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience preferably with some BIG4 / Public accounting experience
- Must have worked within a Fortune 1000 organization or on a Fortune 1000 client
- Must have run / led tax projects in the past
Relocation:
A relocation package is being offered for someone that has the direct experience and comes from a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, supply chain, or similar industry.
Working Situation:
This is a hybrid working situation that requires 3 days in the office. This will require some travel to Pennsylvania as well.
Compensation:
