Manufacturing Manager
Leading Manufacturer in Philadelphia suburbs has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Manager that can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone who has 5-25+ years’ experience, professional, and is looking to work for a company that treats its employees like family.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Manufacturing Manager in a manufacturing setting.
- BS in Engineering highly preferred.
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers.
- Experience working in a CNC machine environment.
- Experience in a lean manufacturing setting.
- Review production schedule on a weekly basis to ensure manufacturing is in accordance with company requirements.
- Create and analyze production reports to identify potential problems and solutions.
- Resolve operational related problems.
- Team leadership and excellent communication skills.
