Property Manager
50-65K
Role:
As a Property Manager, this individual will be responsible for the management and operation of the assigned properties. This would include but not limited to supervising all on-site personnel, providing excellent customer service to tenants, control operating costs and implementing business plan.
Responsibilities:
Administer and oversee all phases of assignments that affect the tenancy of the individual.
Transfer tenant requests and concerns with management and service coordinators.
Confirms tenant vacancies are filled in timely manner.
Creates and executes the company's marketing plan.
Qualifications:
One year of Yardi experience!
2+years of Property Management experience required.
Tax Credit and affordable low income housing experience preferred.
Driver's license required
Real estate license preferred!
Working Situation:
This will be an onsite position.
