Job Details:
Fixed Asset Accountant - $55-65k - Hybrid
Role:
As a Fixed Asset Accountant, you will report to a Controller and assist with fixed asset accounting and corresponding depreciation, work in progress, in addition to all close period reconciliations and analytics and accounting for fixed assets.
Responsibilities:
Assist Controller with Fixed Asset accounting for any work in progress as well as job costing.
Prepare monthly balance sheet work papers related to construction projects and fixed assets
Perform journal entries, reconciliations, asset capitalizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
Prior real estate fixed asset accounting experience is required.
Ability to communicate with all levels and multiple departments within the organization is a must
