- BS Engineering discipline
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing and engineering that includes continuous improvement and product characterization
- Product management, process improvement, project management
- Background with integrated circuits, advanced electronics products
- Data analysis skills using statistical tools including Excel or other tools such as Minitab, JMP preferred
