Commissioning Engineer (MEP)

Job Duties & Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience as a Commissioning Engineer for an MEP Firm.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, gas distribution systems, fire alarm, and lighting controls.
- Review MEP, Fire Protection, BMS, and fire-alarm drawings.
- Troubleshooting DDC controls and HVAC systems functional operations
- NYC Building and energy code experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
