Job Details:
Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation Technician
Titan of automation systems integration seeks Controls & Instrument Tech, ideally out of process controls industry (flow, pressure, temperature, level, VFD's, instrumentation):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics & drawings, comprehend electricity & circuits
- Install, maintenance, troubleshoot & calibration of instrumentation and control systems
- Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Install and maintenance projects in the automation of industrial processes
- Maintaining and testing of pressure, temperature, level & flow loops
- PLC's, HMI's, VFD's, SCADA & DCS
- P&ID's
- Testing functions
- Allen Bradley, Modicon M340 & M580, Schneider Electric, etc.
- I/O
- Process controls:
- Oil & Gas (Midstream preferred), Water/Wastewater, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Cogen Plants, Power Plants, Combined Cooling Heat and Power, Data Centers, Packaging, or similar experience
- CCST & Fiber Optic certifications a plus
