MARKETING MANAGER
Award-wining architecture & design firm is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Washington, DC office.
Successful candidate will possess a 4-year degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of Marketing experience in the architecture and design industry.
RESPONSBILITIES:
Proficient with the development of proposal submissions producing a cohesive response by creative teaming strategies, outlining deliverables, scheduling internal draft reviews, coordinating consult team materials and producing the final presentation in accordance with requirements.
Develop new business opportunities while fostering active relationships.
Management and implementation of the firm's marketing plan delivering a consistent message with corporate materials, communications, advertisements, brochures and website.
Support the overall business development and marketing efforts of the company by compiling lists of prospective clients, contacting prospective clients and managing prospective client information. Research and analysis of industry trends to make recommendations of the involvement in organizations, attendance at events, conferences and conventions, advertisements, article, award and presentation submissions.
Database management of all marketing information: corporate materials, project information, proposal and presentation submissions, associations and expenses.
Maintain sales and marketing collateral material (brochures, presentations, etc.). Lead the website development, reorganization and updates; site content development and email marketing. Prepare and present weekly reports tracking leads/opportunities and detailed quarterly marketing budget reports to the Principals and Chief Marketing Officer.
REQUIREMENTS:
7-10 years minimum of marketing and business development experience in the Architecture & Design field.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a high level of energy and strong service-orientation.
In addition, an individual must possess good problem-solving skills and work well under tight time frames.
Bachelor's Degree is a MUST, preferably in a business discipline.
SALARY: $100,000.00
