Electrical Estimator
Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor right in North Jersey. We need a top-notch Estimator with the following experience.
- Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
- Job visits.
- Projects are tenant build outs, commercial, schools, and medical.
- Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
- Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
- Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
- Proficient with computer literacy.
- Estimating for change order requests.
- Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
