ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Our client is currently seeking skilled Assistant Project Manager to aid in the management of high end, custom residential construction projects in New York City.
Job Requirements :
Hands-on project management experience, high-end residential strongly preferred
Working knowledge of construction procedures, scheduling and subcontractor management
Experience in estimating, purchasing and scheduling
Organized
Computer knowledge
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple projects
