- Thorough knowledge of the precast concrete industry.
- Knowledge of sanitary sewer, drainage, waterworks, and geotextiles.
- Piping familiarity - sanitary sewer, drainage and water (Ductile Iron Pipe)
- Ability to read plans, take offs, prepare project estimates.
- Business development - involved in sales and developing new customers.
- Motivated, team player, effective communicator
