Job Details:
Construction Accountant - Hybrid
$70,000-$95,000
Role:
This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, analysis and month end close procedures for their commercial office projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly balance sheet work papers related to construction projects and fixed assets
- Determining when to capitalize versus expense
- Validating data in the system and coordinating any updates required to the correct department/person
- Review/Approve job setup daily
- Review/Approve invoices daily
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of constructing accounting experience required
- Viewpoint experience a huge plus
