National Billing Manager
Working Situation:
Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Compensation:
$110-135k + bonus
Role:
As a National Billing Manager you will have direct oversight of 20+ Legal Billers in all billing related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of billers
- Assign work as needed
- Conduct annual reviews and set short and long terms goals
- Work closely with other departments to ensure maximum efficiency
- Take control of billing related issues to resolve in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal billing and supervisory experience required
- Elite and/or Aderant preferred
