- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters degree a plus
- 6+ years Program Management experience
- Ability to drive program life cycle focused on front end business activity
- Managing internal engineering and manufacturing plans for customer relations; developing orders and production for on-time completion
- Responsibility for cost forecasting and execution, technical performance, negotiation of contracts, providing solutions for program issues and deficiencies
