Director of Operations- HVAC Controls
An excellent Mechanical Contractor/ Energy Management firm is actively seeking a Director of Operations. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging/exciting projects.
- Experience with overseeing daily operations across Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting
- Experience with formulating & developing long-range goals, and objectives
- Experience with administering company policies, procedures, and workflows
- Experience with project development, and execution
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related
- Master’s Degree is a plus
- Knowledge of current employment law
- Knowledge of company accounting, payroll software, and prior experience with payroll vendors preferred
- Qualified individuals will have at least 8+ in the Operations Management or related field
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
