- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related scientific field
- Development and design experience in packaging applicable to electronics, semiconductor, antenna components and systems exposed to harsh environments
- Strong technical engineering with analytical problem-solving background
- Develop, execute, and manage complex development programs
- KPI data collection and reporting
- Continuous improvement efforts for engineering development, testing, manufacturing utilizing Lean/Six Sigma principles
