Job Details:
Vice President of Sales
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or engineering degree preferred; MBA desirable.
- 8+ years of HVAC experience increasing distribution sales.
- 4+ years of direct management experience managing a sales organization and coaching a sales team.
- Experience in consultative type sales in a business-to-business environment.
- Work with sales team to increase personal effectiveness to both develop new customers and maximize existing clientele share-of-wallet.
- Drive knowledge on product offerings and coach sales team on technical sales skills so that Account Managers can enthusiastically and capably demonstrate, discuss, and select solutions with customers.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships. Actively engage in key and strategic projects. Remedy escalated customer issues. Implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
- Manage and further enhance the Distribution Sales Commission Plan to drive profitable growth and the right behaviors.
