AUTOMATION CONTROLS ENGINEER
Well-respected international Packaging company seeks experienced Automation Controls Engineer to join team. This is a Remote opportunity which requires significant travel. Company would prefer the Engineer to live in the Southeast part of the US. The Automation Controls Engineer position responsibilities are to service and start-up packaging machines for the Pharmaceutical industry and collaborate with German headquarters on upgrades and rebuilds for current equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR EQUAL EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT FIELD
- ABILITY TO TRAVEL AS NEEDED
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
- EDIT EXISTING MACHINE CODES USING ROCKWELL CONTROLLOGIX
- ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD PLC, HMI AND DRIVE PROGRAMS
- THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS INCLUDING PHOTO-ELECTRIC SENSORS, SWITCHES, FREQUENCY AND SERVO DRIVES, PLC ROCKWELL/ALLEN/BRADLEY AND HMI'S
