Job Details:
A well-known Commercial Real Estate company in Baltimore, MD is looking to add an experienced or up and coming Property Accountant to their team! $60,000-$65,000
As a Property Accountant, this individual will be responsible for a commercial property portfolio and be responsible for the budget process, general ledger, and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Process daily and month-end transactions
- Review and reconcile property taxes and other liabilities
- Present regular accounting reports to key leadership
- Oversee cash disbursements and maintain cash books
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
- 1-3+ years of related experience in a finance or accounting role
- Superb communication and organizational skills
