Job Details:
Building Maintenance - $60-75k
Growing commercial real estate company in Ardmore has an immediate need for a stationary engineer to handle a large commercial office property. (400,000+ sf commercial, Class A building)
The qualified candidate will be HVAC Certified, have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience. Residential experience will not be considered. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Qualified candidate must also be available for on call/weekend work, as needed for emergencies.
Responsibilities includes ensuring the daily operations of mechanical as well as fire alarm, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
