Job Details:
Project Manager Corporate Interiors
Manage the contractual and financial responsibilities of projects for commercial facilities. Monitor the design process from concept through construction. Ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting objectives.
Serve as primary resource to clients.
5 plus years’ experience in commercial interiors
Experience managing projects more than 200,000 S.F. for Fortune 500 Companies
Experience managing workplace transformation strategy projects
Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others
Ability to prioritize work by making informed judgments and to develop solutions for complex problems
NCIDQ Certification and LEED Certifications are a plus
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop
Excellent presentation and communication skills. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, communication, follow-through and accuracy.
Requires a Bachelors’ Degree Architecture and/or Interior Design. Revit skills are required. Design, documentation, and construction administration process. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Sketch-Up.
