Desktop Engineer/Support
Our client in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to work on a team supporting 4,000 end users across the US. This person will be responsible for technical design, managing implementations and supporting endpoint management tools. This includes supporting and managing laptops, desktops, tablets, virtual desktops, MDM, automated software distribution technologies, Cloud support and group policies.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support
- Experience with supporting Windows 10 including but not limited to imaging, deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience creating enterprise-wide images, patching and packaging
- Understanding of Azure, Office365 and/or GPO management
- Experience with Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work in the office 3 days a week
