Job Details:
Lead Building Maintenance Engineer - $70-85k
Growing commercial real estate company in Delaware County has an immediate need for a Lead Stationary Engineer to handle a large commercial office property. (350k+ sf commercial, Class A building)
The qualified candidate will be HVAC/EPA Certified, have a school diploma and have commercial office building maintenance/HVAC experience. Residential experience will not be considered.
Lead/supervisory skills/experience are a must!
Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Qualified candidate must also be available for on call/weekend work, as needed for emergencies.
