Commercial Construction Superintendent
Cornhusker state's leading commercial contractor seeks Superintendent:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred
- 4+ years commercial construction experience; including at least 1 year as a superintendent
- Healthcare, medical & corporate office buildings
- Ability to manage mid & large projects ranging between $3M - $60M
- Renovations, remodeling and ground-up
- Strong technical background
- Track record of success
- Experience on-site managing fast paced, high pressure projects to meet technical, financial, execution, safety and schedule demands
- Strong communication skills, team player
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Ability to interact well with others
- Manage people and subcontractors
- Project cost monitoring
- Ensure projects safety
