Lead Construction Estimator
Elite commercial construction firm seeks experienced Preconstruction Lead to develop and present accurate estimates:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Mgmt or Engineering
- Sage Estimating, Assemble, PlanSwift, Pipeline Suite, Revit, SketchUp, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Develop bid packages
- Years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Cost estimating, RFP/Q preparation, scheduling, contract negotiations
- Timberline and/or On-Screen Takeoff estimating software
- Client interaction skills
- Oral and written communication
