Construction Project Manager-Land Development
My client is a well-established Civil Engineering firm looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its talented staff.
The qualified candidates should have BS degree in Civil or Construction Management with 5+ years’ experience with Construction Management for commercial & residential Land Development projects.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Experience with land development construction management projects
- Estimating, Takeoffs, Permitting, and tracking budgets
- PE license (preferred) or E.I.T.
- 5+ years’ experience working for a Civil Engineering firm or related environment.
