Job Details:
Financial Reporting Analyst - Real Estate Development Firm - Hybrid
$70-100k + Bonus
This large national real estate development company is looking to add a Financial Reporting Analyst to their growing team.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages
- Assist with GAAP audits
- Assist in the annual budgeting process
- Prepare operating packages highlighting variances and issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills a plus
