MARKETING SPECIALIST
Well funded start up company seeks experienced Marketing Specialist to join team. Get in on the ground floor with a company whose leadership are well established and ready to grow! This opportunity will require many hats including Marketing, Customer Service and Administrative Support duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1) Marketing Duties
a) Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
b) Digital Marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, ect.)
c) Manage company website
d) Spearhead the creation of a monthly digital newsletter
e) Creative with content for weekly bulk email distribution
f) Develop Marketing campaign promotions
g) Assist the sales team with locating potential customer leads and various other tasks
2) Customer Service Duties
a) Call customer database regularly
i) Check in to see how things are
ii) Update contacts
iii) Follow up on service calls or estimates
iv) Misc. other reasons
b) Update internal data base of customer files
c) Send correspondences via USPS
d) Communicate with current customers via email
3) Administrative Duties
a) Work with Managers to schedule service calls, quoted projects and sales calls
b) Work with Sales team to create estimate/job folders and route to proper department
4) General Requirements
a) Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision
b) Team player with a willingness to help others attitude
c) Problem solver, not afraid to offer solutions
d) Confidence to recognize when you need assistance and ask for it
e) Good Communication skills with a positive tone
f) Assist with in-bound call answering
g) Other misc. tasks as assigned
h) Contributing to the Valuable Final Products of Marketing Division
i) Continued demand from products from customers
ii) Income greater that outgo plus reserves
i) Contributing to the Valuable Final Products of Field Services Division
i) Correctly diagnosed and resolved issues at customer sites
ii) Satisfied customers with functioning equipment
