My client is looking for a Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Guru to manage their training strategies and implementations! World class outfit, great and competitive salary and benefits!
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement
- Ability to develop, implement and execute training initiatives to drive lean and continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing and distribution environments
- Previous project management and high organizational skills a must
- Ability to create training programs and systems, SOPs, work instructions, etc. for Lean efforts and continuous improvement
- Leaderships skills are a MUST, demonstrated ability to manage, coach and support various teams within an organization
