Policy and Governance Analyst
A full time, direct hire position is open due to growth. Qualified candidates will have similar experience to the following:
- Relevant risk, governance, business controls, and business operations experience in a large, fast-paced, results-oriented company with a demonstrated history of success.
- Metrics creation and Reporting
- Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations
- Technical writing ability
- Working knowledge of risk management and regulatory interactions
- Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence.
- Works effectively as a sole contributor, able to influence and lead directly via a matrix organization where dependent on partners to deliver
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with numerous team members
- Curious and capable of challenging the status quo and driving improvements
- Learns quickly to absorb and understand new information
- Excel
- CompTIA is a plus!
