Industry leading civil consulting engineering firm is looking for a Civil Department Manager:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all Civil Department operations
- Production oversight, personnel management, client interaction, business development.
- Leadership and oversight of Civil Department.
- Management of land development projects.
- Proposals and budget preparation
Experience/Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years experience in Civil Engineering
- Project management and leadership experience.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
- Professional Engineering License required.
