An industry leading real estate organization is seeking a project accountant to join their construction accounting team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all of the accounting regarding the on-going construction projects.
• Maintain job costs
• Review and approve PO’s, payables, and change orders
• Maintain budgets for each project
• Communicate with project managers, property managers, and accounting team
Qualified candidates will have 2 plus years of previous experience in Construction Accounting maintaining job costs. A BS Degree is required.
