Job Details:
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Seeking an experienced electrical engineer with experience designing electrical, power, lighting and controls systems for water & wastewater facilities.
Electrical Engineer coordinates the work of Electrical Engineers with the balance of a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire projects development.
Establishes client relations and must be able to effectively assume a lead role at project meetings and communicate project and technical information.
Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
May direct the activities of other electrical engineering professionals, and act as a mentor to other staff members.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
P.E. strongly desired
5-10+ years experience in electrical and controls design for water/wastewater facilities
Controls Engineering background a plus.
Strong computer knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and NEC electrical codes.
