Role:
As a Corporate Paralegal you will specialize in Private Equity Fund Formation and handle day-to-day transaction management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a database of information from investors
- Assist with fund formation
- Proofread and revise principle transaction documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
