- 2+ years experience in facilities and property management
- Ability to identify and execute repair of mechanical systems for buildings
- Electrical systems and maintenance required: addressing lighting issues and repairs, HVAC for building maintenance, clean and maintain circuit breaker panels, etc.
- Other general responsibilities to include: painting, landscaping, window and lock repairs, heating and plumbing
- Must possess clear communication skills, demonstrate ability to work independently
