Job Details:
Our client located in Wilmington, DE is seeking an IT Business Analyst that has the ability to work with business partners to gather requirements, train them and assist them with understanding the best way technology can assist them with the growth of their department. They have partial work from home either in their Wilmington office or Philadelphia office.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working as an IT Business Analyst
- Hands on experience reporting tools
- Experience with software implementations a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Understanding of Workday or other ERP systems a plus
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and grow technically and professionally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a must
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
