Responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
- Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research
- Guidance of junior staff preparing concept drawings
- Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis
- PE License Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 – 10 years of land development site design and permitting experience including managing projects
