HRIS Analyst
This position is responsible for data accuracy in HR management and payroll systems, and provides analysis of various human resource program and initiatives. This includes monthly and quarterly reporting for assigned businesses as well as score card preparation for management meetings, business and company review meetings, and by special request. This role also provides support in functional areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to the creation and maintenance of personnel records, new hire onboarding, and serving as a liaison for employee relations, benefits, and payroll administration issues.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and to form and continuously improve team processes. Through knowledge of and practical experience with group processes and group facilitation, including diagnosis, assessment, intervention, conflict resolution, creative thinking and follow through capabilities.
- Understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget and with exceptional quality
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and ability to facilitate change through influence. Ability to utilize data to support decisions and drive improvement while providing an integrated view of all facets of HR work i.e. competency training, selection processes, award & recognition, performance management and daily work processes.
- Demonstrated ability to balance the needs of the business and needs of employees. Working knowledge of the vision, goals and objectives of the business. Equally, provides a role of an employee champion with the ability to listen, provide candid feedback to leaders and recommendations for improvement.

Creates and schedules Business Intelligence Reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college preferred or combination of equivalent work experience and education considered.
- 2 - 3 years experience with Human Capital Management systems either in an HR function or in a technical function supporting HR, systems, analytics and processes.
- Fluency in Spanish and or Portuguese is a plus.
