Job Details:
Tax Manager
The Tax Manager will support the tax team in all areas of income tax operations, including but not limited to tax provision, compliance, audits, and technical research. The Tax Manager will work with the leadership team to identify and mitigate potential areas of risk, as well as support organizational-wide tax planning and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely preparation of federal and state income tax filings in accordance with current tax regulations
- This role will be heavily focused on partnerships
- Tax compliance, partnership returns, joint venture, and non-corporate entity tax returns and combined state tax returns
- Assist with tax audits
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or other related experience
- Hold active CPA license
- Background working in partnership compliance and/or consulting, including experience with various common partnership issues
- No management experience required
