Service Desk Technician (Windows/O365, 100% Remote US)
Growing technology driven company is expanding again and seeking a talented Service Desk Technician I. This is a FULL TIME/DIRECT HIRE position. Qualified candidates will have similar experience with the following:
- 2 years experience with Microsoft OS and O365
- Support Laptops/desktop workstations
- Exchange and SharePoint familiarity
- Monitoring solutions experience (MSCOM, Solarwinds, Orion, etc)
- Strong customer service skills
- Field support calls
