M&A Tax Advisory Manager
Role:
Liberty Personnel Services in currently working with an integrated financial services firm that focuses on small to middle market business to help assist in their search for a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Tax Advisory Manager to their expanding team. This individual will be advising ownership of small to middle market businesses on how to setup their company for sale, merger, succession planning, and/or acquisition as well as coordinating with the internal bank to help with the financing. Essentially, you'll be a one stop shop acting a an executive team for these organization's that are running grate business but don't have the resources to hire a full on executive team full time. You'll be working with the clientele from concept through integration or sale. It doesn't stop there, there is more! Once the sale or merger is completed, you'll advise these owners on taxes, tax implications, tax strategies, etc. to help them set up their estate, their retirement, their future!
If you'd like to get out of traditional audit/tax and be more of a hands-on business advisor to business owners and be with a exponentially growing organization, this role is for you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or MST are a huge plus
- 8+ years of prior public accounting experience or M&A Tax
- Ability to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
- CPA or other certifications are a plus
- Prior experience with high net worth (HNW), middle market or small business, or trusts and estates
