Real Estate Analyst
A national commercial real estate organization is seeking a real estate analyst to join their team!
A few responsibilities:
- Assist with the analysis of investment opportunities including market analysis, cash flow and financial modeling, benchmarking sponsorship underwriting and analyzing debt among a wide range of potential outcomes
- Review, analyze and reconcile financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Analyze new lending opportunities, review leases, perform financial analysis and prepare deal memos for senior management
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of assets and markets and present plans for mitigating concerns identified
- Analyze due diligence information between borrowers, mortgage banker correspondents, origination team and other internal teams
